CALMA (Contract and Agreements Look-up and Management Application). CALMA Unions has been successfully developed between 2008 and 2010 in partnership with the national office of the Australian Nurses Federation. The product has assisted the Nurses Federation to manage key industrial instruments in public hospitals and aged care facilities. CALMA Unions is a great tool for trades unions needing to manage information on awards, agreements, policy documents, acts of parliaments, deeds and memoranda of understanding pertaining to worksites and industries.

The Ports of Convenience Database was completed in 2008 for the International Transport Federation of Unions based in London, one of the worlds largest international umbrella union organisations. The POC database holds data on the 20 major network shipping terminal operators, regulators and all the major ports of the world. The database also holds detailed document libraries to enable sharing of information on major shipping companies and agreements on a port by port basis. It enables affiliates around the worls to keep information up to date. It is a model of how trade unions across the world can co-operate in information sharing and knowledge management on a global basis.
